SMS Engineer 簡訊工程師

Responsibilities:

-Operations and maintenance a cloud

-based SMS Gateway to ensure routing of SMS

- Planning and execute adding / modifying SMS routes

- Health check routine for A2P/ISMS

- Detect or identify the issue/problem of the SMS Gateway and SMS services

- Perform initial investigation to validate the problem

- Work with upstream and downstream SMS entities to resolve issue/problem

- Recommend resolutions to combat revenue risk-related ISMS issues (e.g, connectivity issues, delayed message delivery, wrong route of signaling messages, etc.)

Requirements:

- Good knowledge and experience with Wireshark

- Interpret and analyze signaling messages (SS7, MAP, SMPP protocols) and are familiar with GSMA standards and protocols
